Improve registration for
parents and kids to help
them learn how to code

Hello Code is an online learning platform that focus on teaching kids how to code under the supervision of their parents. The client goals were to improve sign ups, fix signing in issues across mobile, and building a community around coding. Over 4 months, I have collaborated with the client side to improve the journey touch points, building a design a system and test the concepts with users.

MY ROLE

PLATFROM

Web, Tablet, and Mobile Responsive.

PROBLEM

Only (0.8%) convert & complete registeration.

Users who come to HelloCode from social media, mainly Facebook & twitter, do not convert well toward sign ups, only (0.8%) from the overall traffic. Users are not encouraged to take action, nor do they complete the registration process if they decide to do so (Hotjar Observation). This affects the overall acquisition rate and harms the business as a result.
